メールアドレスに一致する正規表現

メールアドレスに一致する正規表現は「ありません」。

じゃ駄目なの？という方もいらっしゃるかもしれませんが、

これら以外どころか、RFC821,822によれば、クオートさえ
すれば、ASCII文字なら(NULLを除く)なんでも使えた(!)は
ずです。[$/&.]などはクオートしなくてもそのまま使えま
す。

「コメントがネストしない」という条件でなら、メールア
ドレスに一致する正規表現はあるにはあります。それは以下

正確なアドレスを弾かずに、「なるべく」おかしなアドレス
を弾く正規表現です。
